How to check in to Unit 2231

Thanks so much for booking with us and we're really looking forward to hosting you!  We recently purchased this condo and we have worked hard to get the place up to snuff for our guests.  Please take a second to completely read these instructions so that you have everything you need to check in smoothly!  If you have any questions don't hesitate to message us through the app!

If you don't read anything else, please read this.

Door Code

The door code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number, unless you've received another code from us through the Airbnb messaging system.

Packets

Your packet with the parking passes and wristbands will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter in the unit when you arrive.

Check In/Out Time

Check in is at 4:00 PM on your date of arrival and check out is at 11:00 AM on your date of departure.

Panama City Beach is in the central time zone.

Parking

Please make sure to retrieve your hang tags from the unit before unpacking.  Vehicles parked in non-dedicated spots in the garage without hang tags are subject to being towed and security staff monitors the garage constantly.  If you have more than two vehicles, please see security and they can assist you with additional parking

The entrance to the garage is just before the entrance to the building.  You will not need to check in with the front desk or security, so you may enter the garage first thing. 

We have one dedicated parking spot available for guests to use on the 2nd floor.  Additional vehicles may park in any non-reserved guest parking anywhere in the garage - in any spot painted yellow.

If there is a car parked in our dedicated spot, please contact us immediately and I will call to have them towed!

Elevators

You are staying in unit 2231, on the 22nd floor.  The most convenient elevators are those right by the parking garage.  

Please note that the busiest time to unload is right at 4:00 PM check-in as many people are using the elevators.  

Unloading of vehicles can often times be much easier later in the evening.

Once on the 22nd floor, you will walk all the way to the left side of the building - our unit is the middle ocean-front unit on the very end!

The middle elevators on the left side of the building are often much faster than the elevators closest to the garage!

Keypad Lock

The keypad lock is easy to use, simply enter your code and the door will unlock.

You must wait until you see the check mark AND hear the beep before opening the door, or else the lock can jam.

To lock the door, simply press the lock button on the keypad.  Please remember to lock the unit after you leave.
